About the Founder

After more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations and human resources across multifamily, student housing, senior living, and family office, I founded Koster Connections LLC to help leaders and teams grow through coaching, consulting, training, and speaking engagements. My work is grounded in deep business experience and a belief in the transformational impact of coaching and leadership development.

I hold an MBA with an emphasis in human resources and am certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I also completed coach training through Novus Global’s Meta Performance™ Management Training Institute and led an internal coaching program. I bring together executive leadership experience and a practical, people-centered approach to help organizations and leaders evolve with intention.

Before launching Koster Connections, I served as a Chief People Officer, where I led people strategy and operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and coaching. During my tenure, the organization earned recognition as a Top Workplace and Best Place to Work at both regional and national levels.
