Jenn is such a pro. Every time I see her name as a guest on a podcast, I cue it up right away. She offers so many great tips and insights on not only the power, but the accessibility of coaching. She strips away the mystique and makes sure that folks understand that coaching is an achievable reality for anyone who leads people. She offers resources and, most importantly, her experiences building true coaching culture inside companies. She’s walked the talk. I’ve attended her in-person presentations (terrific!) and I’ve had the chance to collaborate with Jenn on a video podcast presentation about big results in small coaching moments. She’s the consummate pro!

She is also one of the most compelling speakers I have worked with, both on our own stages and in the many outside speaking engagements she took on. People listened, and more importantly, they left with something they could use on Monday morning.

Jennifer is one of those people whose passion for people isn't something she has to tell you about—you feel it when you work with her. Her expertise allowed us to scale from a company within one industry with 100 employees to over 600 employees in two industries.
